Team builds · Bulk rentals

Tell us about your pipeline.
We'll help size your fleet.

Factor in team size, daily build volume and peak concurrency to work out how many dedicated M4 Mac minis you need. Ideal for teams moving off shared CI or building a runner pool of their own.

For troubleshooting or billing questions about an existing instance, sign in to the portal and submit a ticket. No need to fill in a new-rental enquiry.

Put your requirements in an email

Five details. Fewer follow-up questions.

Fill in the details to generate an email draft you can review, then open your email app to send it to support@vpsmerge.com. The fields stay on this page: nothing is uploaded through a form, and no email is sent automatically.

Enter the number of people involved in development and builds, as a whole number.
Enter your estimated volume. If the pipeline isn't running yet, enter 0 and explain in the notes.
Starting a new pipeline? Enter “Planning a new setup”.
Choose based on your code repositories, dependency sources and where build artifacts need to go. You can discuss this further by email.
This helps us understand your enquiry. It won't create an order, reserve a machine or charge you.
Add details such as your Xcode version, cache size and artifact size. Don't include passwords, access credentials, signing private keys or full payment card details.

Two ways to get in touch

Include your instance ID or build workload

Keep each issue in one thread wherever possible. Use a ticket for an existing order and email for pre-sales details, so the context stays together and is easier to review.

Portal tickets: support for existing services

For connection issues, runners going offline, billing questions or payment confirmation, sign in and submit a ticket through the portal. Include your instance ID or order number so we can identify the machine or transaction.

  • Issues: Include when it happened, your time zone, the full error message and what you've tried.
  • Billing: Include your order number, payment method and transaction time. Never send your full card number.
  • Updates: Check for replies in the original ticket and add any new details there.

We'll provide updates in the ticket. We don't promise a fixed response time, and submitting a ticket doesn't mean the issue is resolved.

Support email: discuss a new rental

For bulk rentals, runner pool design, machine selection or rental terms, use the form above to prepare an email. If you can't currently sign in to the portal, you can also explain the issue at the same email address.

  • Machine selection: Describe your build workload, peak concurrency and remote Xcode needs.
  • Bulk rentals: Include the number of machines, preferred region and migration plan.
  • Follow-up: Reply to the same email thread instead of starting a new one.

We'll reply by email. Response times depend on the details provided and the checks needed. If you have a launch deadline, include the date and time zone; we'll confirm whether we can meet it in our reply.

Start with one machine. Scale by workload.

Plan your runner pool, one build machine at a time

Team size doesn't translate directly into the number of machines you need. Start with the number of jobs that must run at once during peak periods, then check each job's memory, simulator and disk requirements. A dedicated machine avoids CPU contention with other customers, but you'll still need to manage concurrency and queues for your own jobs.

Group machines by region and route by tag

Register each machine as a runner and use project, purpose or environment tags to assign jobs. Separating PR checks from release builds helps prevent a batch of checks from holding up a release.

When you get in touch, tell us whether you plan to share caches, need a fixed release environment or have jobs that must run in sequence. Adding machines doesn't automatically parallelise your pipeline; you'll still need to adjust your CI scheduling rules.

Plan concurrency before adding machines

Two M4 options, sized for each job

Merge M4 S comes with Apple Silicon M4, 16GB RAM / 256GB SSD, making it a practical starting point for single-project CI. Merge M4 L comes with Apple Silicon M4, 24GB RAM / 512GB SSD, with more memory and local storage for multiple targets and simulator workloads.

A complete build's run time and resource usage are more useful than team size alone. If you don't have those figures yet, rent by the day and test with your own project.

Choose based on a real project

Thunderbolt 5 linking: check your use case

If your multi-machine workflow needs node-to-node transfers, ask about the Thunderbolt 5 linking add-on. Include the number of machines involved, data volume and transfer direction so we can confirm whether it's a fit before setup.

Linking machines doesn't combine them into one Mac with more memory, and it won't automatically split Xcode builds across machines. Cache sharing, file sync and multi-machine scheduling need to be designed around your toolchain.

Connectivity isn't distributed builds

Confirm the terms before checkout

USD pricing. Two payment options.

Machines are billed daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly, in US dollars (USD). A pre-sales email won't create a payment request. Once you've settled on a plan, check the specs, term and total due on the order page.

USDT-TRC20

Before paying, check the network, payment details and order total. If a payment needs review, submit your order number and transaction hash in a portal ticket so we can match it to the transaction. A transfer screenshot alone doesn't confirm an order.

Check the order's payment status

Visa / Mastercard / Amex

Card payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, note the error shown on the payment page and your order number, then ask us to check through a ticket. Never include your full card number, security code or payment verification details in an email or ticket.

A few facts before you get in touch

Machines, regions and rental terms

You don't need to wait for a pre-sales reply to check these three points. For the availability of a specific instance, order or configuration, check the live information in the portal.

Your rental is a dedicated physical Mac mini

It's a dedicated physical machine, not a VM. The whole machine is assigned to one customer for the rental term, so your team can run macOS apps and command-line tools. Your runner and CI platform control how many jobs the team submits at once; dedicated access doesn't mean your own jobs will never queue.

Both M4 options are available in five regions

The regions are Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong and US East. Both machine options are available in all five; check the portal for live availability. When choosing a region, consider more than your office location: account for dependency downloads, code checkouts and artifact transfers. If you need remote access to Xcode, also consider your local network connection.

Start with a day, then plan for the long term

Rent by the day, week, month or quarter, with a one-day minimum. During evaluation, build, test and archive your own project, then record build times, memory use and disk usage before deciding whether to add machines or change configurations. Sending an enquiry won't create an order or enable automatic renewal.
